Mr. Sommers has been named one of the "World's Best CEOs" three times by Barron's, and since he began serving as
chief executive officer for -------, his company has been named "America's Most Admired Company" in a poll conducted by Fortune
magazine and one of "The World's Most Respected Companies" in polls by Barron's and the Financial Times.
Mr. Sommers is also a member of The Business Council, and he is on the board of the New York Federal Reserve Bank.
Mr. Sommers earned a B.A. degree in applied mathematics from Dartmouth College in 1978 and an M.B.A. from Harvard University
in 1982. He and his wife have one daughter.

The criminal record of Tony Sommers dates back to 1988, when he was arrested on charges of grand theft, aggravated
assault and resisting an officer with violence. He was sentenced as a youthful offender. A judge recommended boot camp and
Sommers served a two-year stint at a juvenile detention facility, court records show.

Born to a clan of nomadic Sicilian gypsies in the Far West , Tony Sommers
had 8 homes and 4 assumed identities by the age of 10. He would eventually have 9 lives in total. During the first Bush administration
he travelled the country and eventually won the award for The Saddest Man In The World at an open mic night in war-torn Bosnia . He then returned to the West Coast where he perfected
the art of invisibility as Bushman at Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco.
To this day he doubts himself and others.
